Spain’s second largest city has always been bursting with life, but never so much as it is now. At around €4,000 per square metre, the average price of a property in Barcelona is still significantly lower than prices in London, Paris or Rome. But there still remains a shortage of New Developments and fully refurbished buildings, despite a ban being lifted for new applications.
