Gang and the Wool, one of the most beautiful flower shops in the world
Hidden in Collserola we can find this beautiful study in which the florist, industrial designer and art director Manuela Sosa works: Gang and the Wool. Her workshop has lots of charm – it is quite difficult to explain it with words –, and there we can find her exquisite haute couture floral arrangements.
Gang and the Wool is an inspiring place, a small workshop in the shape of a greenhouse in which light gets naturally in every corner creating a cosy and warm atmosphere. But, putting aside her beautiful workplace, Manuela is known specially thanks to her creations for weddings. ‘A well composed wedding involves all the senses and it is much more than just a matter of decoration. A wedding is a high fashion adventure’, claimed Manuela in a Vogue interview.
Besides using her magic to create spectacular atmospheres in weddings, Gang and the Wool works with all kind of spaces and events – each work is unique and completely customized, a completely handcrafted work of art. Manuela’s greatest virtue is her sensibility, and she admits that she finds inspiration in nature. Before starting to work in each project, she analyses the setting and considers every aspect, as for example the light. In this way, she obtains the adequate atmosphere in each of her creations.
If you are looking for the perfect place to celebrate an event, and you want the decoration to be exquisite ─ or you will like to attend a flower workshop to learn how to get creative with flowers and plants ─, Gang and the Wool will not disappoint you.
