Also, we should bear on mind that it must match the surrounding elements’ Said the author.
On the other hand, playing with the colors could help as to highlight a painting in an open space. The framing needs to be taken into account too. The wrong lighting and the glass’ reflections could spoil our artwork. ‘A small painting works better on a corner or a narrow wall rather than in a spacious room’ adds Ms Parashko.
Since the temperature swings could damage our piece, avoiding to be near any air conditioning or heating it’s a must. At last but not least, the author suggests ‘To be proud of the artwork and place it where everyone can enjoy it’.
