Atipika was founded in 1999 by Isabel Osorio, a graduate in P. R and Business Management and with two postgraduate scholarships. With extensive experience, having resided in England and the United States, and participating in extensive projects for Coca-Cola, Imax Corporation and Key Advertising, Isabel Osorio brings to the corporation its global vision, its adaptability and its communication-based system. On the other hand, Renzo Riva, another of the pillars of Atipika, is a computer engineer who has developed his career in the best consulting firms, participating in development projects and implementation of computer projects. His vision and knowledge about computer science and the business world, help Atipika to be breaking ground. And finally, Meritxell Miret, a graduate in English philology, began her career in Atipika in 2000, in our first office, and she has kept evolving and thriving in her goal of serving the international target in Barcelona, becoming business manager of our rental department.
In 1999 Barcelona was very different from the one we have nowadays. Having lived in the United States and England, Isabel Osorio witnessed the great difference in the level of public and private services between these two countries and Spain. The market was not as competitive here, and there were no professionals to provide a multilingual service to international clients, so the treatment of these buyers was not specialized.
