Llevo trabajando aproximadamente con Atipika para la gestión y alquiler de mi propiedad unos 10 años. En un primer momento, pensé en hacerlo yo por mi cuenta desde portales de internet, ya que pensé que sería más económico, pero con la experiencia me di cuente de que estaba equivocado, ya que, tardaba en alquilar mi propiedad más meses y tenía problemas con inquilinos, por lo que al final me salía más caro y era más complicado.
En este periodo de tiempo, no recuerdo tener vacío el apartamento, ya que son muy rápidos con la comercialización y siempre me han ayudado a mejorar la renta. Desde que un cliente nos informa que deja el apartamento el equipo de Atipika empieza con la comercialización, además, no he tenido problemas de impagos, hacen una buena selección de los inquilinos y me ayudan con los contratos, depósitos y fianzas.
Atipika también me ayuda en la gestión de mi propiedad. Al estar alquilado siempre aparecen problemas de mantenimiento, hablar con los inquilinos, desperfectos…Siempre estoy informado y se encargan de gestionar los arreglos. Por lo que no tengo que dedicar tiempo a lidiar con dichos problemas.
Al final, tengo una propiedad de la que no me tengo que encargar en absoluto sin tener que lidiar con problemas, solamente recibir los alquileres mensualmente.
