Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls with a high level of professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle emails and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain the reception area and conference rooms in pristine condition.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
- Coordinate courier and mail services.
- Provide support to the sales and management team as needed.
- Knowledge about RRSS

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role (preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end services).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Property listing description.
- Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English
- Indesign and canva
