Our service involves accompanying buyers or future tenant, both national and international, in the purchase of a property that best meets their needs, whether it’s new or second-hand, with the reassurance of our Real Estate Group’s extensive 23 years of experience. When a client contacts us, we provide them with a tailored project based on their requirements, helping them save time on unnecessary paperwork and visits by guiding them throughout the entire process.

Introduction of the advisor and contact persons for queries and communication throughout the process.

Search for properties with the specified characteristics in the suggested areas.

Organize and present personalized options based on the detailed requirements of the client.

Arrange remote or face-to-face property viewings within short timeframes, as per the client’s request, to intensify the search and achieve objectives.

Negotiate prices and submit proposals to the property owner. In the case of new or renovated properties, negotiate other terms that may not be financially advantageous for the client.

Study of the state of the house, both documentary and technical.

Prepare the necessary documentation for the sale agreement signing at the notary’s office.

Ensure confirmation and financial organization of all amounts to clear any encumbrances on the property in the land registry.

Facilitate the handover of the property and provide accompanying support to the client.

If the client is unable to be present on the signing day, Atipika will assist in arranging a power of attorney for the signing.

Prepare all legal documents for the purchase, down payment, deposit, and other necessary documents to avoid any issues or commitments on the part of the seller.

Provide advice on mortgage banking and present proposals based on the desired objectives.

For properties undergoing refurbishment, offer monthly monitoring and share progress updates through photographs and videos.
