Barcelona offers quite a lot to its visitors, and among all the things you can do in the city, its

Bellavista del jardín del norte, also known as ‘Messi’s restaurant’, in the centrally located street
Enric Granados 86-88.
This
restaurant is worth visiting, if not because of its food – we do recommend it –, you should do it because of its
design and
decoration. Bellavista del jardín del norte has been designed as a town – and yes, you read perfectly fine – and as they describe on their website, they offer gastronomic fusions.
The
spectacular space has several areas with names such as ‘La plaza del pueblo’, ‘El bar del pueblo’, ‘La floristería’, ‘La barbería’ or ‘El quiosco’, each decorated honouring the given name.
On the
menu we can find a
varied selection of dishes for a nibble/going for ‘tapas’, or to enjoy a more filling lunch/dinner. On this restaurant we will find recipes from several parts of the world such as Japan, Italy, India, China or Argentina, all together with typical Spanish dishes.
On this establishment, all kinds of
events can be held – business-related, celebrations, etc. – and they even organize often family
activities such as magic shows or workshops for kids. It goes without saying that some
football matches are broadcasted here, specially the FC Barcelona ones for obvious reasons.
