Our rental department provided a professional service at all times to offer this wonderful flat. After a long process of viewings, they found the perfect tenant for the property. A lovely young couple were looking for their new home in the Pedralbes area. After having lived in Barceloneta for 5 years, they wanted to find the perfect place where they could practice their profession and at the same time enjoy the peace and quiet, privacy and wonderful views offered by the duplex that we finally rented them. In this case, after the first visit, they knew that this had to be their home. From the first moment they felt at ease with the flat and with the treatment we gave them from the very first moment and, after they finished meditating a little more, they decided to visit it again to finally close the deal in our office.
Description of the property
